Zero Tolerance Statement
At Beeline Behaviour Change, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for our staff, clients, and the wider community. We take a zero-tolerance stance towards any form of violence, harassment, aggression, or abuse, including but not limited to:

Physical violence – any form of physical harm or intimidation.

Verbal abuse – including threats, insults, or discriminatory remarks.

Harassment – any unwanted conduct that violates dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, or offensive environment.

Bullying – persistent behaviour intended to humiliate, intimidate, or undermine confidence.

Sexual harassment – unwanted sexual advances, comments, or conduct.

Discrimination – unfair or prejudicial treatment based on race, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
Any such behaviour towards our staff, clients, or visitors will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Reports of such incidents will be taken seriously and may result in:

Immediate termination of services.

Legal action where appropriate.

Reporting to relevant authorities.
Any incident should be reported to the staff member’s line manager and / or Human Resources immediately to ensure adequate support is in place. Staff are encouraged to seek support in the best way for them which may include contacting the Employee Assistance Program.
All incidents should be reported via Beeline Behaviour Change’s Incident / Accident reporting system.
